For one of our clients, a key player in the industrial sector, we are looking for a concierge (M/F) to ensure the maintenance and security of a production and office site.

Your future responsibilities:

• You will ensure the cleanliness of indoor spaces.
• You will be responsible for waste evacuation and sorting.
• You will ensure the good condition of the building's technical installations.
• You will carry out light maintenance interventions.
• You will check the operation of equipment and lighting.
• You will maintain the external surroundings of the infrastructures.
• You will participate in the maintenance of green spaces.
• You will intervene during snow clearance operations in winter.
• You will guarantee the cleanliness and proper use of washing tunnels.
• You will perform regular checks of the installations.
• You will anticipate maintenance and repair needs.
• You will contribute to maintaining a clean, safe and functional environment.

Your profile:

• You have proven experience in a similar concierge or building maintenance role.
• You are a versatile and dynamic person, able to adapt to different situations.
• You work independently while respecting established instructions and procedures.
• You demonstrate flexibility and know how to adapt to daily unforeseen events.
• You have a good sense of organisation and manage your priorities effectively.
• You are able to anticipate needs and act proactively.
• You place great importance on quality and rigour in your work.
• You are attentive to detail and ensure a clean and functional environment.
• You hold a valid driving licence and reside in the canton of Fribourg.
