Buildings Service (SBAT)
The Buildings Service is responsible for managing the State's real estate assets, ensuring their maintenance, upkeep, and renovation or redevelopment works. As the representative of the Project Owner (MO), it actively participates in the planning and execution of new constructions or major transformations.

Your tasks
During your training, you develop a variety of skills in the maintenance of buildings, their surroundings, and green spaces. On a daily basis, you carry out regular cleaning of premises and ensure basic maintenance of technical installations, contributing concretely to the proper functioning of infrastructures and the comfort of all users. Alongside repair work and waste management, you actively participate in optimising water and energy consumption. You practise a practical, useful, and essential profession, while ensuring compliance with hygiene and safety regulations.
Positions are offered at the following sites:
CPNE - Building and Construction (CPNE-BC) in Colombier
CPNE - Technologies and Industry (CPNE-TI) in Le Locle.
Applications will be allocated to the different positions based on the candidates' place of residence.

Your profile
You have completed your compulsory schooling and show a strong interest in practical and technical work. Organised, reliable, and motivated, you demonstrate manual dexterity and good physical endurance. You enjoy teamwork but also know how to work independently in managing the tasks assigned to you. Finally, your command of French allows you to easily understand instructions, communicate effectively, and follow theoretical lessons with ease.
