Your Main Responsibilities

• Repair and assemble composite material parts in accordance with technical specifications and current standards.
• Perform surface treatments to ensure the quality and durability of repaired parts.
• Check the conformity of parts using measuring and control instruments.
• Participate in the maintenance and upkeep of production equipment.
• Collaborate with the team to optimise repair and treatment processes.
• Strictly adhere to safety instructions and quality procedures.
• Document interventions and ensure precise follow-up of operations carried out.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• CFC diploma as a car body painter/sheet metal worker, industrial painter/varnisher.
• Previous experience in composite materials parts repair or a similar technical field.
• In-depth knowledge of surface treatment and repair techniques.
• Ability to read and interpret technical plans and work sheets.
• Proficiency with measuring and quality control tools.
• Certifications in repair techniques or quality management would be an asset.
• Team spirit, rigour, autonomy, and organisational skills.
• Excellent communication skills in French, both oral and written.
• Strict compliance with safety and environmental standards.
