In collaboration with the brands Volg, TopShop and AGROLA, the LANDI cooperatives also supply the rural population of Switzerland with foodstuffs, everyday consumer products and energy. LANDI Rhône-Lavaux SA operates successfully in the regions of French-speaking Valais, Chablais and Lavaux.

Exciting tasks

  • Supplier management: profile creation, entry, allocation and payment of invoices
  • Cash register management
  • Management of the general mailbox and telephones
  • Various internal communications (entries, transfers, exits, births, ...)
  • Management of the storeroom
  • Administrative management and monitoring of sponsorships and donations
  • Employee hours controlling (Mobatime)
  • Management of the article database (LANDI, TopShop, Agro)
  • Various administrative tasks.

Profile sought

  • Commercial employee CFC or equivalent training
  • Successful experience in a similar role
  • Good knowledge of Swiss VAT
  • Proficiency in common IT tools
  • Easy contact with a strong customer orientation
  • Solution-oriented and proactive person, organised and flexible
  • Excellent command of the French language.
