FTG - Façades Techniques SA, part of the Viteos group, is the specialist in ventilated facades in French-speaking Switzerland. Based in Le Mont-sur-Lausanne, the company designs, plans, and constructs building envelopes for new construction, renovation, and transformation projects alongside architects, project owners, developers, and general contractors active in the Lake Geneva region and throughout the territory. Supported by a technical team and around twenty specialists - experts and qualified installers - FTG cultivates a family spirit, a sense of quality, and a requirement for long-term sustainability. As part of its development and the evolution of its governance, FTG is recruiting its future Commercial & Financial Director (DCAF) in co-management with the existing Technical Director.Commercial DirectorYou will ensure, in co-management with the Technical Director, the overall steering of the company regarding its commercial, financial, and HR aspects. You are the guarantor of the company's sustainable growth, profitability, and customer satisfaction, while ensuring good governance.Governance- Implement the strategy previously validated by the Board: breakdown of human, technical, and financial resources.- Conduct the company analysis (SWOT) and propose strategic development axes and governance improvements.- Lead management meetings, represent the company before the Board of Directors.- Guarantee compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.Commercial Development & Prospecting- Develop FTG's reputation in French-speaking Switzerland and acquire new clients: architects, project owners, developers, general contractors.- Structure, present, and negotiate offers; retain the existing portfolio through regular follow-up and account reviews.- Pilot prospecting actions (trade fairs, networks, specifiers) and digital presence (website, LinkedIn, marketing materials).- Ensure competitive and sector monitoring: facade trends, energy standards, regulations.Tenders & Costing- Pilot the complete process of calls for tenders exceeding a certain amount: reception, analysis, costing, submission within deadlines.- Develop cost, margin, and cost price estimates; negotiate with suppliers and subcontractors; supervise the tools in place and animate a structured commercial pipeline (offer dashboard).- Provide a technical interface in the facade field.Financial Management & Management Control- Establish, manage, and control operating and investment budgets; analyze monthly financial dashboards (turnover, margins, cash flow, DSO).- Use Abacus or another ERP for financial project control, cost price monitoring, and price analysis.- Verify annual financial reports intended for the Board and analyze budget/actual variances.- Pilot the company's profit and loss account according to the company's activity.- Propose and implement actions and means for financial optimization.Human Resources- Supervise HR processes with your HR partner: recruitment, annual interviews, management of training.- Ensure compliance with internal regulations, salary policy, and collective labor agreements.- Assume global responsibility and manage the company's HR domain (support by Viteos).Technical Support- Define technical concepts in the pre-project phase, in collaboration with the Technical Director.- Respond to client technical requests during the commercial phase and participate in site meetings if necessary.- Ensure monitoring of applicable standards and regulations: SIA, AEAI, Minergie.Profile- Higher education (HES, ES, Bachelor or Master) in business management, economics, building technology, or a related field: ES Technician in construction management / building technology, or Building Envelope Designer.- Additional training in financial management or an MBA is appreciated.Experience- 5 to 10 years of confirmed experience in a similar function: commercial development, offer management, project management.- Experience in a management or responsibility position with a turnover exceeding CHF 5-15 million.- Management of small teams (5 to 30 people).- Proven mastery of SME financial management: budget, cash flow, reporting.Technical & Sector Knowledge- Good knowledge of the construction market and building envelope in French-speaking Switzerland.- Swiss policy regarding energy, environment, and construction standards (SIA, AEAI, Minergie).- Knowledge of the regional socio-political and economic fabric, as well as the target clientele (architects, project owners, developers, general contractors).- Mastery of one or more ERP/CRM systems; advanced mastery of the Office suite (Excel, PowerPoint).Languages- French: native language or C2 level (essential).- German or English: professional level appreciated.Soft Skills- Leadership and ability to unite a team in an analytical and results-oriented context.- Commercial spirit: taste for client contact, sense of negotiation.- Entrepreneurial spirit: autonomy, sense of responsibility.- Ease of communication, active listening, diplomacy; constructive conflict management.- Ability to manage several files simultaneously with rigor and resistance to stress, ability to decide in complex situations.- Integrity, professional ethics, and absolute discretion regarding sensitive information.What we offer:- A co-management position within an SME on a human scale, in a family group well-anchored in Switzerland.- Real room for maneuver and a broad scope of responsibilities (commercial, financial, HR).- A promising sector: the ventilated facade, a technology of the future at the heart of energy and sustainability challenges.- An entrepreneurial work environment where your actions will have a direct impact on the company's development.- A compensation package to be discussed according to your profile and experience. jid113123caen jit0624aen jpiy26aen
