Your responsibilities and tasks:
- Client visits, presentations, advice and sales interviews focused on contract conclusion
- Competent advice to clients and interested parties on product usage possibilities
- Development of the clientele through elaborated marketing and sales strategies
- Strengthening customer loyalty and positioning as a reliable partner
- Occasional support during surgical interventions to assist clients and salespeople
- Market observation, systematic management of target clients, participation in congresses
- Collaboration within the management team to make quick and market-oriented decisions
Your profile:
- Training in health or commerce, further sales training is an advantage
- Experience in the field of surgery is extremely useful for establishing good relationships
- A good personality with a sales sense and very good communication skills
- Resident in Romandy, willingness to learn and always progress with the team
- Very good knowledge of French, good knowledge of English, German is an advantage
