WHAT YOUR IMPACT WILL BE
Mission
Within our precious department, you are part of a team of around 10-12 colleagues, working on a 2x8 shift or night schedule in a CNC machine park (mainly milling) and carry out adjustments as well as production.
Responsibilities
Operate, adjust, and set up our CNC milling machines such as Chiron FX/FZ, Micro 5 (UGV), Bumotec S181, CT501 (grinding) during the machining of our precious watchmaking components
Ensure manufacturing compliance by performing visual and dimensional checks and, if necessary, make the required corrections in accordance with workshop instructions
Prepare the machining station by mounting tools and fixtures and checking the conformity of tooling. If needed, make the necessary tool corrections.
Ensure the handover of instructions to relay teams
Participate in cleaning and maintenance of equipment, machines and tools as well as comply with Health and Safety at Work (HSW) regulations
Contribute to the continuous improvement of processes and the working environment as well as training actions within the framework of manufacturing process developments
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
Federal VET Diploma (CFC) as a polymechanic, production mechanic or BEP/BTS in precision mechanics
Proven professional experience in CNC machining
Knowledge of 5-7 axis CNC machines with Fanuc control would be a plus
Good command of usual dimensional control tools, Marcel Aubert and 3D control such as Zeiss
Rigorous, motivated, organised and conscientious person able to work in a team. Analytical, you know how to detect problems and follow them through to resolution in a continuous improvement dynamic.
