CNC Setter (M/F)

Your responsibilities:

· Set up and monitor CNC transfer machines for the production of watch components

· Perform dimensional and aesthetic checks according to plans and quality requirements

· Ensure production traceability (stamping, data entry) and monitor daily indicators (quantity, quality, yield)

· Actively participate in the continuous improvement of production processes

Your profile:

· Federal VET Diploma in mechanics (polymechanic, micromechanic or equivalent qualification)

· Solid knowledge in CNC setting and machining

· Proven experience in manufacturing watch components or precision parts

· Conscientious, autonomous person, able to work in a team

· Flexible and willing to work in 2×8 shifts
