Responsibilities

  • Assess, monitor and mitigate cybersecurity risks related to corporate cloud infrastructures and services.

  • Design, implement and maintain Cloud Security solutions in line with international frameworks and standards such as ISO/IEC 27001, NIST Cybersecurity Framework and Cloud Architecture Framework.

  • Collaborate with IT, Infrastructure, DevOps and Compliance teams to ensure the protection of sensitive data and compliance with banking sector regulations.

  • Define security policies, procedures and best practices for public and hybrid cloud environments.

  • Support vulnerability assessment, incident management and remediation of security issues.

  • Participate in the review of cloud architectures ensuring the adoption of security-by-design principles.

  • Deliver training and awareness sessions on cybersecurity topics to technical and non-technical staff.

  • Monitor the evolution of cyber threats and propose continuous improvement strategies for the company’s security posture.

Requirements

  • Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or related disciplines.

  • At least 3 years of professional experience in similar roles in Cloud Security or Cybersecurity.

  • Hands-on experience in managing and protecting cloud environments, particularly on GCP and Azure.

  • Knowledge of major cybersecurity frameworks and standards (ISO/IEC 27001, NIST, CIS Controls).

  • Cloud/security certifications will be considered a plus (CCSP, CCSK, Azure Security Engineer, Google Professional Cloud Security Engineer or equivalents).

  • Familiarity with the banking sector and regulations related to data protection and compliance.

  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving and prioritisation skills.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present technical concepts to non-technical audiences.

  • Good command of Italian and English, both written and spoken.
