MISSION DESCRIPTION
You are a native Swiss German or German speaker and wish to put your language skills (German, French and English) at the service of a demanding clientele within a premium environment recognised for the quality of its customer experience?

Your responsibilities
  • Respond to customer enquiries by phone and email by providing suitable, effective and satisfaction-oriented solutions.
  • Be a true ambassador of the customer experience by offering attentive, personalised and high-quality service at every interaction.
  • Analyse situations with discernment and demonstrate proactivity in seeking solutions, in coordination with various internal departments.
  • Ensure rigorous follow-up of requests and strive to offer a smooth and coherent experience throughout the customer journey.
  • Work closely with internal teams to guarantee prompt and quality handling of requests.
  • Provide a professional and warm welcome to users and customers.
  • Operate in a dynamic environment requiring excellent IT skills and the ability to navigate simultaneously between several tools and interfaces (customer request management, internal systems and databases).
  • Work daily on multiple screens and platforms to analyse information, track files and provide precise and personalised responses to customers.



EXPECTED PROFILE
  • Holder of a commercial apprenticeship certificate (CFC) or equivalent training.
  • You have proven experience in a service-oriented environment, customer relations or administrative coordination.
  • You are proficient in common office tools, especially Excel and Word.
  • With excellent organisational skills, you know how to manage several priorities with rigour and efficiency.
  • Autonomous in your work, you also appreciate collaboration and contribute positively to team dynamics.
  • Recognised for your sense of service, interpersonal skills and ability to provide suitable solutions to customers.
Work organisation
  • Scheduled hours between 8:00 and 19:00 from Monday to Friday, with a late shift on Thursday until 20:00.
  • Participation in a rotation ensuring presence on certain Saturdays (on average two per month).
  • Exceptional participation in the year-end commercial activity with two Sundays worked in December.
  • Advance planning of schedules allowing a balance between quality of service and personal balance.
