YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Independently manage a portfolio of international and local premium client mandates.
• Supervise and support the accounting team in their daily activities, promoting skills development and collaboration.
• Ensure the technical quality of work: accounting, closings, VAT, reporting, and coordination with partners or auditors.
• Actively participate in the implementation and continuous improvement of internal processes and digital tools used by the team.
• Be a technical reference and a trusted partner for the partners, without commercial duties, but with a genuine desire to provide operational and strategic support on a daily basis.

YOUR PROFILE:

• Proven experience in fiduciary services (ideally 7 years or more), with the ability to manage a portfolio independently.
• Good knowledge of Swiss standards, VAT issues, and local practices. Mastery of cost accounting and securities accounting (a real asset).
• Good oral and written English skills (common working language with some clients).
• Comfortable with digital tools and accounting software commonly used in fiduciary firms.
• Team spirit, sense of responsibility, and a desire to contribute to the structuring of a growing fiduciary firm.
