What you achieve

• Participate in boning, trimming, dismantling of raw materials
• Inspect the pieces to be boned and report anomalies
• Bone and trim pieces precisely, respecting the requested portions
• Strictly apply hygiene and safety rules (HACCP)
• Work according to a pre-established cutting plan
• Collaborate closely with the logistics department to ensure smooth operations

What you bring

• Education: Completed initial or continuing training
• Specialisation: Butcher* CFC or equivalent training desired
• Professional experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar position
• You have solid knowledge of hygiene (HACCP) and safety
• You are a dynamic, open and sociable person
• You work quickly, precisely and independently
• You enjoy teamwork and demonstrate flexibility and organisation
• You are in good physical condition and comfortable working in a cold environment
• French (A2)
