• Setting up the breakfast room (buffet, tables, equipment, products)

• Coordination with the kitchen for hot products, special or à la carte orders

• Checking cleanliness, table setting and product availability

• Proven experience in catering, ideally in hotel or restaurant breakfast service

• Mastery of service techniques (buffet, plated, beverages)

• Knowledge of hygiene standards (HACCP)
