- Welcome and advise customers professionally
- Offer a premium and personalised customer experience
- Identify needs and recommend suitable products
- Highlight products and the brand image
- Actively participate in achieving commercial objectives
- Ensure quality service and respect for brand standards
EXPECTED PROFILE
- Experience in sales, retail, hospitality or customer service
- Excellent presentation and interpersonal skills
- Dynamic, autonomous and results-oriented person
- Strong sense of service and communication
- Flexibility regarding working hours (evenings and weekends possible)
- Good command of French, any other language is an asset
- Interest in innovation and new technologies
