As part of the development of our client’s activities, we are recruiting a Branch Manager for a consulting firm in the field of civil and structural engineering in Lausanne.

Responsibilities:

• You lead and carry out studies, tenders, and project realisation for structures, civil engineering works, and civil engineering projects.
• You will participate in recruiting civil engineering profiles as well as in the commercial development of the office.
• You are responsible for the financial and contractual management of multidisciplinary projects, as well as client relations, and actively participate in the acquisition and development of projects.

What you bring:

• More than 10 years of proven experience in civil engineering, building structures and/or civil engineering works in Switzerland
• A network of professionals in the real estate and construction sectors
• Your proven experience in Switzerland and knowledge of SIA standards enable you to support our clients throughout all phases of our mandates.
• Your ability to secure new mandates in the office’s fields
• The qualities of a director: leadership, communication, interpersonal skills, and management
