Sales Representative Europe 100% (M/F)

On behalf of our client, an international company active in a technical and demanding industrial environment, we are looking for a commercial profile focused on development, customer advice and the sale of high value-added solutions.

The position is based in the canton of Vaud and involves regular travel throughout Europe.

Main Responsibilities


Develop and manage a portfolio of clients in Europe
Identify new business opportunities and contribute to market development
Manage the sales cycle, from prospecting to negotiation and follow-up of offers
Understand customer needs and propose suitable solutions in collaboration with internal teams
Prepare commercial offers, quotes and client recommendations
Ensure follow-up with existing clients to develop relationships and guarantee their satisfaction
Participate in product presentations, demonstrations, trade fairs and sector events
Update the CRM and provide regular reporting of commercial activity
Collaborate with technical, commercial and operational teams internationally

Profile Sought

Higher education in commerce, engineering, industrial technology, life sciences or equivalent qualification
Proven experience in B2B sales, ideally in a technical, industrial, pharma, medtech, packaging or machinery environment
Good understanding of technical products or solutions, with a desire to evolve in a specialised field
Bilingual proficiency in English is essential; professional French required
Any other European language is an asset
Strong interpersonal skills, advisory sense and ability to build trust with diverse contacts
Commercial mindset, autonomy, organisation and results orientation
Good command of CRM tools and MS Office
Availability for regular travel throughout Europe
Valid Swiss work permit or right to reside and work in Switzerland is essential
