Company Description

A locally rooted establishment firmly anchored in its region, Le Réseau de l'Arc offers comprehensive patient care.

It includes two hospital sites located in Moutier and Saint-Imier and 7 Medicentres. Its care offering is complemented by an ambulance network, two nursing homes, two radiology institutes, a centre for physical and cognitive therapies, as well as a home hospitalisation service.

Thanks to its multidisciplinary expertise serving patients, the Réseau de l'Arc provides high value-added medical services. With nearly 1,250 employees, it meets the medical and hospital needs of a population of around 80,000 inhabitants.

Within the framework of the VIVA project, the Réseau de l'Arc has become the first fully integrated care organisation in Switzerland to offer a health insurance plan. The VIVA health plan is accessible to residents of the Jura Arc, ensuring optimal and coordinated care.

The Mental Health Division team brings together experienced professionals working 24/7 in specialised units - adult acute psychiatry, psychogeriatrics, addiction medicine and psychosocial rehabilitation - offering integrated and individualised care in open or closed environments according to needs. It also carries out liaison and training missions recognised by the ISFM, contributing to the quality of care and the training of psychiatrists.

With a view to long-term development of the position, we are looking for a curious, committed individual ready to invest in a bilingual and multicultural environment typical of the city of Biel/Bienne.
