Bar Manager (M/F)
Responsibilities

You ensure the operational management of the bar at the Beau-Rivage Palace.
- You contribute to expressing your creativity by participating in the development of new cocktail menus, in line with the identity and standards of the establishment.

You oversee the smooth running of service and guarantee customer satisfaction.

You provide a warm and professional welcome to guests.

You take and supervise orders while maintaining a privileged relationship with customers.

You organise and coordinate the work of the team behind the bar and in the dining area.

You ensure smooth and effective communication between the different departments.

You control the work environment to guarantee a professional and harmonious setting.

You ensure compliance with cleanliness and hygiene standards of the premises.

You monitor the quality of services and adherence to established standards.

You verify the accuracy of stocks, billing and cash handling.

You actively contribute to the development of the point of sale's turnover.

You control and coordinate the integration and follow-up of training for new employees.

You keep informed of training offered to the team and encourage their professional development.

You prepare and manage staff schedules according to operational needs.
