Back-Office Installation Service Employee
What you accomplish
In this role, you work as part of a team while enjoying a great deal of autonomy.
At the heart of our Back-Office Installation service, you play an essential role in the planning and coordination of external technical resources at the national level. As guarantor of service quality, you validate, coordinate and schedule technical mandates, respond to authorised partners and technicians, and manage the delegation of "field mandates" from the office across Switzerland in the two main national languages, French and German.
Your daily responsibilities:
Processing technical mandates and commissioning - in French and German
Supporting the network of authorised partners and field technicians
Establishing and monitoring planning mandates and telephone follow-ups with the installation network
Handling customer requests, especially Key Account clients.
Ensuring the administrative processing of certain activities related to the customer lifecycle and the "technical" part of network installations and client portfolio
A versatile and responsible position, at the crossroads of technical, customer service and action.
Commercial employee CFC
Fluency in French and German (Swiss German) or vice versa
Comfortable with IT tools
Good telephone manner and a particularly developed sense of customer service
Versatility and autonomy in handling activities
Stress resistance and ability to keep calm
Technical knowledge is a plus (interest in alarm systems, networks and their technological aspects)
Willingness to learn a new profession
