To complete our team, we are looking for a:
Assistant Front Office Manager (M/F)
Responsibilities
- You manage the day’s arrivals (room allocation, VIP welcome, handling special requests, monitoring regular guests, groups and any relocations).
- You ensure effective collaboration with all departments of the establishment.
- You oversee the proper follow-up of present guests, particularly in complaint management, and provide precise feedback to the Front Office Manager.
- You control billing and payment collection for individual guests as well as groups.
- You develop, control, update and ensure the application of front office procedures.
- You participate in recruiting and integrating new employees, ensuring their training, monitoring and evaluation.
- You organise and lead various front office meetings (Morning Meeting, Afternoon Meeting, Operation Meeting and management sessions).
- You perform duties and ensure the smooth running of daily front office operations.
