- Preparation of execution plans and detail booklets.
- Preparation of documents for permits, tenders and site monitoring.
- Coordination with architects, engineers and contractors to ensure the technical coherence of the plans.
- Adjustment of documents based on site feedback and client requirements.
EXPECTED PROFILE
- Technical training in construction, specialising in architecture (CFC or equivalent).
- Proven experience with execution plans and detail booklets.
- Mandatory proficiency in ArchiCAD 3D.
- Meticulousness, attention to detail and autonomy.
- Ability to work in a team and meet deadlines.
