To support the encouraging development of our La Côte general agency, we are looking for an Agency Manager, starting on January 1st, reporting directly to the general agent, with the mission of leading a team of advisors at the Nyon agency and developing business in the region.Missions that await you:- Train, accompany, and regularly monitor external service advisors- Participate in the management of the agency- Take charge of a client portfolio and contribute to its development; identify client needs and submit adapted and differentiated solutions to them- Propose process improvements in connection with the evolution of tools- Know the trends of your market; regularly inform yourself of their evolution- Participate and contribute to the economic and social life of your perimeter; create contact opportunities for yourself, develop networks and business introducers, and actively influence themYour profile:- Insurance intermediary AFA, IAF diploma, federal certificate, or equivalent title- Several years of successful experience in insurance consulting and sales team management- Leader oriented towards people and performance culture- Strong entrepreneurial spirit- Financial and analytical skills- Well integrated into the economic and social environment of the region, you enjoy contact and develop your network- You are also endowed with leadership and know how to make decisions.
