To support the exciting development of our general agency La Côte, we are looking, for a start date of 1 January 2027, for an Agency Manager reporting directly to the general agent, tasked with leading a team of advisers at the Nyon agency and developing business in the Nyon region.

The tasks awaiting you:

• Train, support and regularly monitor the external service advisers
• Participate in the agency's strategy
• Manage a client portfolio and contribute to its development; identify client needs and propose suitable and differentiated solutions
• Suggest process improvements in line with the evolution of tools
• Know the trends in your market; keep regularly informed of their development
• Participate in and contribute to the economic and social life of your area; create contact opportunities, develop networks of indicators and business introducers and actively influence them

Your profile:

• Mandatory Intermediate Insurance Certificate AFA, IAF diploma, federal certificate or equivalent qualification
• Several years of successful experience in insurance advice and sales team management
• Human-oriented leader with a performance culture
• Strong entrepreneurial spirit
• Financial and analytical skills
