For a client in the Biel/Bienne region, we are looking for a Bilingual FR-DE After-Sales Technician - Hotline (M/F/D)

Your mission:

• Customer support (telephone + on-site)
• Coordination of after-sales activities with technicians
• Administrative follow-up: Quotes, Orders, Invoicing

Your profile:

• You have training as a polymechanic, automation technician, or equivalent training
• You have some experience in a similar role
• You are a native French or German speaker with a good knowledge of the other language (min B2/C1); English is an asset
• You are rigorous, proactive and demonstrate professional conscientiousness
