Responsibilities

The responsibilities of this Accounts Payable Accountant will be as follows:

• Entering a large volume of supplier invoices into Microsoft Business Central, including CAPEX invoices
• Ensuring their validation by authorised persons
• Allocating and entering bank documents
• Participating in monthly and annual closing
• Maintaining frequent relations with various subsidiaries
• Handling various administrative tasks related to the department's operations

Candidate Profile

The Accounts Payable Accountant we are looking for will bring the following skills:

• Accounting degree
• More than 5 years of experience in an accounts payable department
• Languages: Fluent French, minimum B2 English, German or Italian is a plus
• Knowledge of the ERP Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central mandatory
