Main tasks:

• Downloading and monitoring bank statements
• Cash management
• Downloading, checking and posting invoices
• Verification and validation of payments
• Monitoring creditor invoices
• Management of disputed invoices (debtors)
• Entry and posting in general accounting
• Preparation and posting of payments related to general accounting
• Preparation and posting of VAT returns
• Participation in closing operations in collaboration with the Finance Manager
• Maintaining subsidiary accounting
• Monitoring credit insurance
• Preparation of dashboards and reports for Management
• Production of various statistics
• Carrying out administrative tasks related to the department

Profile sought:

• Holder of a Certificate in accounting or equivalent training
• Successful experience in a similar position
• Experience in the industrial sector desired
• Good command of accounting tools, ideally Crésus and financial procedures
• Rigour, autonomy and organisational skills
• Analytical mind and ability to manage priorities
• Ease in teamwork
• Discretion and respect for confidentiality
