Data & Accounts Team Leader (100%) - Permanent Contract

What you bring to our mission
Within a key team, you work under the supervision of the Assistance domain manager and play a key role in managing, structuring and enhancing data, with a direct impact on several activities of the institution.
Your main mission: ensure the reliability of payments to our beneficiaries by ensuring the integrity of data and accounts, while structuring efficient and sustainable processes to serve the professions.
You work closely with various departments, with a spirit of analysis, global understanding and continuous improvement.

Your key missions
Management and supervision of the team members' activities
Ensuring accuracy in the collection and entry of beneficiary data
Ensuring the application and respect of standards and equal treatment of beneficiaries in terms of assistance
Implementation, formalisation and improvement of processes related to data and accounts
Analysis of business needs and proposal of suitable solutions
Active contribution to the evolution of tools and practices related to information systems
Management of the team’s human and budgetary resources
Coordination with various internal and external partners
Under the mandate of the domain manager, participation in certain ancillary projects
Your profile
Commercial employee CFC (or equivalent qualification), complemented by certified management training
At least 8 years of confirmed experience in an administrative environment, including several years of team management experience
Good knowledge of social assistance and social insurance
Excellent command of IT tools and data management systems
Ability to structure, formalise and optimise processes
Open-minded, flexible and solution-oriented
Ability to understand global issues and to question practices constructively
Good interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate with diverse interlocutors
Interest in the field of migration
