Our client is seeking a Dispatching Specialist to oversee the operational management of finished goods dispatch. You will ensure smooth logistics flows and full customs compliance in collaboration with internal teams and external authorities.

Description

• Supervise and coordinate the dispatch of finished goods via road transport.
• Ensure customs compliance through meter readings and accurate documentation.
• Assist drivers during loading operations and resolve on-site issues.
• Monitor and manage driver presence on-site.
• Enter and organize delivery slips in the database for reliable traceability.
• Apply loading instructions while ensuring safety and quality standards.
• Collaborate closely with customs authorities to justify product movements.
• Maintain rigorous documentation for export procedures.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives in dispatching processes.
• Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
• Ensure adherence to internal procedures and regulatory requirements.

Profile

• Holds a commercial CFC or equivalent qualification.
• Has at least 2 years of experience in a similar dispatching or logistics role.
• Fluent in French and German; English is a plus.
• Proficient in standard IT tools and database management.
• Demonstrates strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Works autonomously with a high level of precision and reliability.
• Adapts easily to dynamic environments and shifting priorities.
• Has excellent teamwork and communication abilities.
• Maintains a rigorous and methodical approach to operations.
• Shows initiative and contributes to process improvements.
• Comfortable interacting with drivers and external authorities.
