our client is looking for, based in Lausanne and active in the energy sector.

  • Ideal rate: 100%, but 80% is also possible

  • Temporary assignment for several months, with internalisation envisaged later

Job Description

Prepare and plan the activities of technicians in French-speaking Switzerland,
Organise appointments with clients,
Plan interventions according to priority levels and technician availability,
Constantly communicate with the various stakeholders to facilitate optimal collaboration,
Supervise resource planning (personnel and equipment),
Ensure that orders are entered on time in the SAP system, with all necessary documents.

Profile Sought

  • Successful basic training: commercial CFC or in a technical profession,
  • Professional experience in intervention planning (dispatching) and administration,
  • Very good knowledge of MS Office, ideally SAP,
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, strong communication skills and ability to assert oneself tactfully,
  • Good command of French (C1-C2 level), and good knowledge of German or English (B2 level).
