To strengthen our teams within various Geneva institutions, we are looking for a Nursing Assistant in the field of disability.MISSION DESCRIPTIONYou will join our team specializing in the field of disability for occasional and/or scheduled assignments. The proposed assignments may be in split, continuous, or minimum 4-hour to 14-hour shifts. You will perform nursing care and support for adults with multiple disabilities within specialized institutions (intellectual deficiency, autism, behavioral disorders, and/or brain injuries). Activity rate varying between 50% and 100%.PROFILEYou have at least one year of successful experience as a Nursing Assistant in the field of multiple disabilities. The care of the resident and their well-being are at the heart of your concerns. Calm, you have the ability to cope with difficult and/or crisis situations. You enjoy teamwork and possess excellent communication skills. Available day and/or night, in split shifts, on weekends and public holidays, you are a very flexible and organized person.
