Working in collaboration with the Director of Signature Academies, the Director of Summer Camp provides strategic leadership, operational excellence, and visionary guidance for the planning and delivery of the Classic Summer Camp programmes. This role is responsible for designing and executing a world\-class summer experience that embodies the School's ethos, delivers exceptional student outcomes, and enhances Aiglon's global reputation. Central to the role is working collaboratively to deliver a shared vision: providing an exceptional experience, fostering holistic growth, and delivering unparalleled service to a diverse global community. The Director of Summer Camp upholds the School's Guiding Principles, balancing innovation, educational quality, safeguarding, and financial sustainability while maintaining joint oversight of shared operational responsibilities. KEY TASKS \\\& RESPONSIBILITIES In Collaboration with the Director or Signature Academies \ Deliver a world\-class experience that nurtures character, curiosity, community, and a true taste of Aiglon life. \ Provide bespoke care, strengthen the Aiglon spirit worldwide, engage alumni families, and grow a diverse international community aligned with institutional values. \ Jointly manage staff recruitment and staff scheduling. \ Effectively control staff hours to ensure zero overtime at the end of the year across the team. \ Direct and oversee evening activities and associated staff. \ Jointly line manage Summer Camp Officers. \ Jointly ensure robust safeguarding practices are consistently embedded, maintain risk and critical incident management, and establish effective registration systems. \ Ensure a visible presence across all activities.
