Description

Regional Director, Data Center Operations required by a leading data center developer, owner, and operator.

The Role

• Oversee daily data center facility operations within the region, managing internal and external resources
• Develop and maintain operational policies and guidelines
• Manage implementation of operational and infrastructure initiatives
• Oversee HVAC, power, access control, and fire protection systems
• Manage data center building operations and security
• Ensure regulatory compliance and support audit activities
• Lead budgeting and forecasting processes
• Handle customer communication and relationship management

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience managing data center facilities
• Proven team management and leadership experience
• Mechanical, Electrical or similar technical background

Compensation

$170k - $180k + 20- 40% bonus
