Caisse cantonale neuchâteloise de compensation (CCNC)Autonomous public institution, the Caisse cantonale neuchâteloise de compensation (CCNC) ensures, with commitment and rigor, the management of AVS, AI, APG, and family allowances for the entire canton of Neuchâtel. Every day, our 90 employees invest themselves to guarantee a reliable and efficient service: nearly 450 million francs of contributions are collected and more than 800 million francs are paid out in benefits.MissionsBy joining the CCNC, you integrate a dynamic institution, where expertise, public interest mission, and service spirit are combined. At the head of the Fund, you assume its human, financial, technical, and strategic management. You carry a clear and long-term vision, while ensuring daily steering with your management team. You lead large-scale projects in connection with technological and societal developments and ensure the adaptation of the institution to the requirements of its environment. Finally, you collaborate closely with the management commission of the fund, the Department of Economy and Social Cohesion (DECS), and with the members of the Conference of Cantonal Compensation Funds.ProfileHolder of a higher education degree in law, economics, or public administration, you justify confirmed experience in high-responsibility management functions. You possess an excellent understanding of political and financial issues. You know the Neuchâtel institutional context and demonstrate a real interest in public policies, particularly those related to social security. Your leadership, based on trust, listening, and communication, allows you to unite teams and partners around shared objectives. Analytical and synthetic, you make informed decisions and know how to negotiate with tact and diplomacy. Your native language is French and you master German orally (B2).
