General Manager (veterinary sector) We are looking for one of our clients, an independent veterinary clinic located in Geneva, gathering around forty General Managers who will be responsible for financial management and all support functions, with a particular focus on finance/accounting and human resources. The central objective will be to structure a performance-driven, fluid, and sustainable environment, serving both the medical team and customer experience. Leading a small team, this position is part of the Management Committee and involves close collaboration with the partners. Main Responsibilities: Overall management of: supervision and oversight of the clinic, support functions, processes, and continuous customer experience. Team management: coaching and development of the team, defining roles and priorities, supporting skills enhancement, and establishing a high-performance work environment. Strategy: defining and implementing a medium and long-term vision, in coherence with the clinic's growth and the partners' objectives. Governance and collaboration: active participation in the Management Committee (CODIR), regular and close collaboration with the partners, contributing to internal structuring project reflections: design and implementation of cross-functional projects (tools, processes, continuous improvement), change management, and impact monitoring. Finance, accounting, and performance: oversight of accounting, budget monitoring, implementation of dashboards, performance and profitability analysis. Human resources: overseeing recruitment, daily HR management, personnel monitoring, and contributing to a healthy and engaging work environment. Management of supplies and inventory: supplier management, control and maintenance of stock levels, ordering, and compliance mastery.
