We are looking for a Digital Workplace & Product Owner who will drive the evolution of our digital workplace ecosystem. This is a unique opportunity to combine Digital Workplace, Microsoft 365, Employee Experience and Artificial Intelligence within a global mission.As Product Owner, you will define and drive the roadmap for Digital Workplace solutions, ensuring our employees have the right tools to effectively collaborate and stay connected. You will oversee our platforms and services including Microsoft 365, Teams, SharePoint, our Intranet and AI productivity solutions such as Microsoft 365 Copilot.Working closely with business stakeholders and IT teams, you will transform digital solutions into value across the organization.Key responsibilities- Define and manage the Digital Workplace roadmap and the evolution of Microsoft 365 (Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Viva).- Own and continuously improve the Intranet and employee portal.- Lead the deployment and governance of Microsoft 365 Copilot and other AI productivity tools.- Ensure a high-quality employee experience through effective processes and tools.- Monitor adoption and performance through clear KPIs.- Manage external partners, budgets and service levels.- Work closely with stakeholders across the organization to deliver impactful solutions.What you bring- Significant experience in Digital Workplace, Microsoft 365 or similar.- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Teams, SharePoint Online and the Microsoft 365 ecosystem.- Experience as a Product Owner or in a similar role driving digital products and services.- Interest in AI-powered productivity solutions and employee experience.- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.- Fluency in English.Why join usYou will join a global technology leader where innovation and continuous learning drive everything we do.
