As a Global Partner of the Montreux Jazz Festival, Millennium offers exceptional cultural and artistic programming all year round.In the context of a long-term replacement, we are recruiting aDigital Tools Officer (100%)whose main mission will be to manage the structure dedicated to digital tools and to support our employees in the adoption and mastery of new technologies.Missions- Evaluate the digital skills of employees and define personalized action plans.- Design, plan, and facilitate training (individual and collective) on Microsoft 365, Teams, OneDrive, and related tools.- Create, update, and monitor employee learning paths in the LMS.- Draft pedagogical documentation, best practice guides, and support business experts in the creation of user manuals.- Monitor technological trends and identify opportunities with business teams, IT, HR, and external partners to promote the adoption of digital tools.- Support change management during technological evolutions and deployments.- Sensitize employees to digital skills challenges and data governance.- Identify, train, and lead a network of digital ambassadors.- Analyze usage, assess needs, and propose improvements to the system.Profile- Federal Diploma (Brevet Fédéral) or equivalent.- In-depth knowledge of Microsoft 365 solutions (Teams, OneDrive, etc.).- Confirmed experience in managing an online learning platform (LMS).- Marked sensitivity to data security and issues related to digital tools.- Strong appetite for training and supporting employees with an excellent ability to analyze needs.- Autonomous, rigorous, and structured work method.- Excellent command of French, both oral and written.- Attention to detail, pursuit of excellence, pedagogy, curiosity, and a user-centered approach.We offer- A stimulating work environment and quality work tools in a modern setting.If you are interested in this position, we invite you to send your application file to the Human Resources Manager. jid3200427aen jit0624aen jpiy26aen
