Description
This is what you move:
- Client Management: Act as the first point of contact for clients regarding digital communication strategies and operational processes.
- Strategic Planning: Provide ongoing consultation and develop campaign strategies together with the Digital Planning Lead.
- Campaign Management: Monitor, control, forecast, and manage the budget for all digital campaigns in alignment with the client.
- Performance Analysis: Evaluate campaign performance and derive insights and learnings for planning and optimization purposes.
- Process Coordination: Collaborate closely with specialist units and ensure the seamless integration of digital measures into the client’s overall media activations.
- Project Support: Assist the Line Manager and contribute operationally to special projects.
The following qualities distinguish you:
- Agency Experience: Solid background in media agencies with a focus on strategy, planning and consulting.
- Client Advisory Skills: Strong consulting abilities and the capability to confidently lead clients – including in an international environment.
- Team Player: A true team player with strong team spirit, high sense of responsibility, and an independent working style.
- Language Skills: Excellent command of English, both written and spoken; German is an advantage; French is a plus.
