Manager - Campaigns & DigitalContextFER Genève is strengthening its Marketing & Member Services Department and is recruiting an experienced Manager to amplify the impact, readability, and modernity of its external communication. This role is designed as a senior professional position: a person capable of producing, steering, and structuring demanding communication campaigns and systems, while contributing to enriching content, formats, and approaches in a more engaging, embodied, and mission-driven logic.You will strengthen the impact and effectiveness of FER Genève's external communication. You will steer multichannel campaigns and systems serving the institutional brand, employer brand, and service promotion. You will contribute to modernizing content, developing an audience- and performance-oriented approach, and contributing to the collective dynamic through the quality of execution, advice, and management.Manager - Campaigns & DigitalResponsibilitiesExternal communication & brand consistency- Design and deploy communication plans aligned with FER priorities- Translate institutional or complex subjects into clear, impactful, and audience-oriented messages- Guarantee editorial quality, message consistency, and brand identity across all channelsCampaign design and steering- Imagine, structure, and deploy multichannel campaigns: institutional brand, employer brand, service promotion, customer marketing, events, sponsoring- Define objectives, targets, messages, channels, planning, budgets, and performance indicators- Steer systems oriented toward impact, engagement, and conversionContent & digital- Develop contemporary and engaging content: short videos, capsules, testimonials, embodied content, conversion tools- Strengthen the marketing approach: audience, acquisition, engagement, performance of print, web, social, and newsletter systems- Structure the use of AI in communication and introduce modern working methods (briefs, test-and-learn, monitoring)Professional excellence reference- Provide an expert perspective on briefs, messages, and content with high standards and benevolence in a logic of quality and effectiveness- Contribute to sharing best practices and disseminating solid working methods within the team- Be a recognized support point through the quality of analysis, advice, and executionProfileEducation & experience- Higher education in marketing, media, or digital- 7 to 10 years of minimum experience in communication, brand, or multichannel campaigns- Experience in a demanding environment: recognized institution, high-level large agency, or strong brand- Very good command of digital, audience mechanics, and contemporary content- Concrete experience or strong appetite for the use of AI in communicationSkills & qualities- Excellent ability to build a clear message on complex subjects — very strong writing level- Marketing sense: audience, value proposition, performance- Ability to move from strategy to execution, ease in transversal steering- Spirit of initiative, strong autonomy, culture of results and continuous improvement- Relational intelligence: ability to challenge, engage, and make a difference- Experience in structuring or upgrading a communication function- Understanding of institutional and employer brand codes and audience journey logic- Knowledge of the French-speaking Swiss economic fabricPrerequisites- Valid Swiss work permit requiredWhy join FER Genève?- The opportunity to contribute to transforming the communication of a reference institution in French-speaking Switzerland- A rich and transversal scope: brand, campaigns, content, digital, services, with a large margin of maneuver to modernize practices and install new standards- A stimulating and collaborative environment with a concrete and measurable impactReady to join us?- Apply now by clicking on the Apply button.
