As the interface between business, IT, and digital teams, you play a key role in the evolution of services offered to clients.Your responsibilities:- Define and carry the vision for digital channels (e-banking, mobile, customer journeys)- Manage the roadmap and prioritize developments in line with business objectives- Supervise and support a multidisciplinary team- Ensure the performance and quality of digital channels- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) and manage corrective actions- Contribute to innovation and the evolution of digital services- Guarantee consistency between customer experience, technical constraints, and business objectivesYour profile:- Confirmed experience in managing digital channels in a banking environment- Experience in management and leading teams- Good understanding of issues related to digital services (payments, e-banking, mobile)- Experience in digital product management or project management- Ability to work on both strategic and operational topics- Leadership, service-oriented mindset, and excellent communication skillsStart date:- Immediately or to be agreed uponWho are we?ValJob Permanent is your expert partner in recruitment and placement of permanent staff.
