For one of our clients, we are looking for immediately or to agree, a: Digital Banking & Multibanking Specialist (M/F) Missions: - Expert support for corporate clients and internal advisors for BCF Multibanking and digital banking solutions - Specialized support for Open Banking, including setup and troubleshooting of EBICS connections - Management of payment traffic (SEPA, SWIFT) and proposal of solutions adapted to clients' needs - Regular visits to clients to ensure support, deployments, and personalized follow-up - Design and implementation of digital banking and multibanking solutions - Analysis and resolution of complex incidents, cases, and continuous monitoring of technological advancements in the areas of digital banking, open banking, and security - Close collaboration with IT teams, customer relationship managers, compliance, and external partners to optimize solutions and processes Profile: - Higher education in finance, business IT, or equivalent - Proven experience in digital banking, multibanking, or B2B technical support - Very good mastery of EBICS technologies, SEPA/SWIFT standards, and ideally concepts of Open Banking - Ease in client interaction, ability to simplify technical topics and manage complex situations - Excellent autonomy and sense of responsibility - Proficiency in French and German (oral and written).
