As part of its development, our client is strengthening its technical teams. We are looking for an experienced specialist capable of mastering and optimizing production flows linking electroplating, CNC machining, and varnishing, in order to guarantee the quality, reliability, and performance of the processes.Dial Specialist - Thailand- Confirmed experience in the manufacturing of watch dials, with a very good understanding of production and finishing stages- Solid knowledge of the interactions between electroplating, CNC machining, varnishing, and other critical processes related to the dial- Experience in analyzing production sequences, technical problem solving, and industrial process optimization- Ability to understand interactions between processes, identify root causes, and propose effective corrective actions- Field-oriented mindset, rigor, autonomy, attention to detail, and ability to work with multicultural teams- Ability to transfer know-how and support teams in skills development- Professional English appreciated- Provide your expertise on the dial production sequence, particularly its interactions with upstream and downstream processes- Ensure the proper technical coordination between electroplating, CNC machining, and varnishing, which are critical stages of dial manufacturing- Analyze production discrepancies between different processes and propose concrete solutions in production- Participate in the definition, implementation, and monitoring of industrial sequences in order to make the flow reliable- Contribute to the maintenance of production standards, the reduction of deviations, and the continuous improvement of quality and lead time performance- Advise and support field teams in understanding interactions between processes and in applying best practices- Work closely with the Production, Quality, Methods, CNC, Electroplating, and Varnishing departmentsThe advantages- An incredible experience in Thailand within an industrial environment- A key technical role at the heart of critical dial manufacturing stages- Very good conditions jidb06b209aen jit0832aen jpiy26aen
