Our architectural office based in Vich is looking for a building designer to join our team. You will be responsible for creating plans and technical drawings for our architectural projects, from the sketch phase to the execution phase.Main responsibilities:- Develop 2D and 3D plans using Archicad or Vectorworks software- Produce detailed technical drawings for the various phases of the project- Participate in the design and formatting of architectural projects- Ensure plans are updated according to requests- Collaborate closely with clients, authorities, companies, and other team membersProfile sought:- Federal Diploma of Vocational Education and Training (CFC) in building design- Experience: Minimum 3 years in a similar position- Proficiency in Archicad or Vectorworks software- Knowledge of current standards and regulations for applications and ability to work alone and in a team- Good time and priority managementWe offer:- A full-time position (part-time negotiable) with an open-ended contract- A stimulating work environment within a dynamic team- Varied and ambitious projects- Professional development opportunities- A parking spaceTo apply:Please send your CV, cover letter, and portfolio via email with the subject line Building designer. jid0f0737baen jit0417aen jpiy26aen
