As part of the development of our activities, we wish to strengthen our team and are looking for a Building Designer.Your responsibilities:- Monitoring of building permit procedures.- Creation of building permit drawings using AutoCAD software.- Creation of detailed technical plans in the field of construction.Your profile:- Federal VET Diploma (CFC) in building design or equivalent diploma, supplemented by a few years of experience.- Professional mastery of AutoCAD software (advanced level).- Ability to understand and analyze, in support of the architect, the law, cantonal ordinances, and municipal regulations related to construction.- Mastery of building permit procedures.- Teamwork skills, good communication skills.- Ability to ensure site monitoring when necessary.- Sense of responsibility and team spirit.Place of work: Oron-la-VilleStart date: To be agreedWhat we offer:We offer the advantages of a modern company in a dynamic environment.
