On behalf of a professional expert in building technology in Geneva and the implementation of large-scale sanitary installations, we are looking for a:

Your main tasks

• Develop and review plans for the building to be constructed or transformed; produce execution and assembly plans using AutoCAD.

• Carry out measurements and mark references on site; prepare project phases and plan execution times.

• Coordinate interventions with other trades and attend coordination site meetings.

• Develop service instructions and technical directives; check completed installations, conduct tests and participate in handing over service instructions.

Your profile

• Education & Experience: Holder of a Federal VET Diploma as a Designer in Building Technology (or equivalent qualification), you have proven experience in a similar position.

• Excellent command of AutoCAD software and thorough knowledge of professional standards and regulatory provisions.

• Ability to manage a project from A to Z (from design to delivery) and to present/advise on suitable technical solutions.

• Collaborative spirit with various stakeholders, good stress management, responsiveness, proactivity and respect for confidentiality.
