This position offers the opportunity to design and develop molds and production tools in a demanding and technical industrial environment. You will be involved in the entire lifecycle of the tools, closely collaborating with the methods, production, and quality teams. Designer Technician (m/f/d) Our client is a Swiss industrial player with several decades of experience in the design and manufacturing of custom high-value-added parts. Your main responsibilities will include: - Modeling parts considering production constraints - Designing molds and tools in 3D - Creating detailed plans, assembly plans, and complete technical files - Collaborating with methods, production, and quality teams to define technical solutions - Ensuring the maintenance and updates of plans according to product developments - Monitoring the tools with internal and external suppliers - Participating in testing, commissioning, and optimization of tools - Guaranteeing the integrity of designs and compliance with internal standards - Managing technical issues and providing support to production and maintenance teams - Contributing to the proper functioning of a PLM tool You hold a CFC ideally complemented by a Technician ES diploma or equivalent and have confirmed experience in a similar role in an industrial environment. You have excellent mastery of mold and tool design and production means (CNC machining, wire erosion, or sinking). Experience in high-precision environments (microtechnology, plastics, watchmaking, techniques) is an asset. You are recognized for your rigor, analytical skills, sense of detail, and ability to work in a multidisciplinary team.
