Design et communication
Responsibilities
•Presentations & data:Createleaflflets, posters, social media posts. Build high-impact decks; turn impact data intoclearvisuals; maintain brand templates/assets.
•Reporting & docs:Produce, design and alignprojectproposals/reports for donors, national offices, execs, and board; edit for clarity; provide DE/EN support (incl. German editing/translation for MSCH).
•Webdesign: Publishblogposts, newsletter, updates.
•Storytelling & content:Contribute on blogs, impact pieces, social media and intranet/newsletter updates. •Internalcomms: Set up SOPs/best practices, run a sharedcommscalendar, and streamline information flow across Programs and Mercy Ships international.
•Metrics:Define brand-awareness KPIs and milestones; track and report progress.
Competencies
•Communication & design: Advanced visualskills; good writing/editing; able to synthesizecomplex information; manages multiple projects and deadlines.
•Technical & languages: MS Office; Mailchimp (or similar); Adobe Suite, Wordpress, CMS;

•Project & stakeholder management: Solid organization and PM; rigorousquality control; excellent client-facing communication; effective in matrixed, cross-functionalenvironments.
•Proactive, adaptable, innovative; worksindependently and collaboratively; actswithintegrity and accountability.
•Embrace Christian values.
•Education: Bachelor’s (or Swiss CFC) in Graphic Design, Mediamatics, Communications, Marketing, or related.
•Required: 5 years in design/communication, ideally in NGOs, healthcare, or humanitariansectors.
•Desired:Experience in nonprofit/international development/global health (esp. global surgery) and/or work/volunteering in Africa.
•Fluent in English and German, French is a plus.
