Description du poste
Responsible for enabling design intent realization, ensuring technical fit-for-use and print feasibility
Leads design intent implementation and ensures quality and consistent visual execution across all product forms and variants at FMOT.
Partners with Design and multi-discipline internal/external partners on packaging artwork projects throughout the design development and design execution
Partners with pre-press & printers to assess print feasibility, identify alternate solutions, plan & attend print trials, confirm final design intent print feasibility, ensure visual consistency delivered at shelf
Delivers Core Packaging Work, utilizing BIC processes, technology, tools
Profil recherché
Strong understanding of brand architecture, design language/identity systems, equity assets and application of design principles to achieve visual consistency.
Deep understanding of pre-press and printing and artwork file industry standards, print production, print processes and press capabilities, inks, materials/substrates, specialty inks/finishes, proofing, and print trials
Able to demonstrate strong collaboration skills across Artwork Platform Organization, multi-functional team and external partners with diverse priorities
2- 4-year degree in Design-related field or 2-4 years of experience in design production and printing (Design Agency, Pre-Press Agency, Production House, Printer) within the CPG industry (preferred) jide9a04b1aen jit0626aen jpiy26aen
