As the deputy team leader for maintenance within the Intercantonal Motorway Network Maintenance Service (SIERA), you will ensure, alone or as part of a team, the upkeep of roads or any other public domain, working irregular hours.

• Ensure the maintenance of roads or any other public domain, working irregular hours.
• Coordinate and supervise the activities of a national road maintenance team, participating in the work carried out.
• Provide winter service and emergency intervention duty.
• Carry out planning and administrative management tasks.
• Ensure compliance with environmental standards, safety regulations, and principles and procedures.

• Federal VET Diploma and/or profession in green space management, locksmithing, mechanics, construction, or another technical trade relevant to the role.
• Experience in team leadership and management is a real asset.
• Heavy goods vehicle and trailer driving licence (CE) required, with at least one year’s practical experience.
• Personal vehicle essential.
• Good health and ability to work outdoors.
• Residence located no more than 25 minutes from the Bursins Maintenance Centre.
