Located in Moudon, our Medical-Social Establishment (EMS) accommodates 77 residents and also offers 10 places at the Temporary Reception Center, providing a caring and personalized environment for elderly individuals in need. Are you passionate about supporting the elderly and wish to grow in a human, compassionate, and stimulating environment? To complete our team, we are looking for a Deputy Head of Support at 80% starting from August 1st or by agreement. Main missions:- Participate in the management and supervision of resident support.- Ensure the quality of support in accordance with the institution's philosophy and charter.- Supervise, mentor, and assess health support staff.- Promote the quality of support by integrating evolving methods and protocols for better assistance.- Promote and coordinate interdepartmental and multidisciplinary collaboration.- Plan pleasures with participants in PLEX and IQM.- Manage the follow-up of apprentices, students, and interns.- Propose, organize, animate, and coordinate intra and extra-muros activities.- Ensure reference in health support in the absence of the Head of Support.- Supervise and plan the night team.Required skills and qualifications:- Nursing diploma or equivalent, supplemented by a postgraduate qualification.- Clinical expertise and experience in the field with good practical knowledge.- Proficiency in French, both spoken and written.- Comfortable with tools, including proficiency in Carefolio.We offer:- A pleasant working environment in a human-centered institution.- An approach inspired by several well-known conceptual movements.- Conditions according to the CCT of the Vaud health sector.- A weekly working duration of 40 hours.- Parking equipped with charging stations.- Support in the development of your skills.- We will support you with the usual documents. jidb536656aen jit0414aen jpiy26aen
