You guarantee the quality of socioprofessional support, the performance of activities, and the balance between the social mission and the economic requirements of the activities. In direct support of the General Management, you translate institutional strategies into objectives, accompany teams, steer projects, and report in a structured and anticipated manner.Main responsibilities:- Contribute to the strategies of the organization and ensure their implementation in the department.- Steer the social, technical, and economic activities of the department.- Guarantee the quality, traceability, and compliance of socioprofessional support services.- Supervise, support, and empower teams.- Ensure budgetary steering, controlling, and monitoring of performance indicators.- Guarantee efficient management of human resources and risks, address discrepancies, and implement necessary corrective measures.- Prepare analyses and reports useful for the decisions of the General Management.Your Profile:- Tertiary ES diploma in a hospitality, technical, economic, or equivalent field; a federal diploma as a socioprofessional instructor constitutes an asset.- Recognized management skills and confirmed experience in leading managers and teams.- Mastery of budgetary steering, controlling, and management of production or service activities.- Knowledge of LAIH/LAI mechanisms as well as the Vaud social and economic network.- Excellent writing skills and mastery of steering, reporting, and management tools.- Driving license category B and personal vehicle.Personal and managerial skills:- Assertive leadership and ability to decide, frame, delegate, and evaluate.- Institutional loyalty and ability to act in direct support of the General Management.- Analytical capacity, synthesis, and anticipation.- Ability to manage priorities and respect deadlines.- Managerial courage and entrepreneurial spirit aligned with the social mission of the organization.Workplace: Lausanne, with regular travel to the sites of Nyon, Prilly, Vevey, and Yverdon.Type of contract: Indefinite duration.Start date: November 1st or to be agreed upon.Special hiring condition: Standard and special criminal records extracts – clean.We look forward to receiving your application via the online portal until August 27th.
